SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION - FINANCE

Are you a seeking a new challenge as part of the foundation team of a new school opening? St Josephine Bakhita Catholic Primary School will open as a new school at the commencement of 2025 and is looking for a passionate School Finance Officer.

Applications are invited from suitably experienced persons for the part-time position (0.6 FTE) of Administration Officer – Finance. This is an Education Support Employee Category B Level 2 position under the Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Limited Schools and Secretariat Agreement 2022. Employment is ongoing tenure commencing on 28 January 2025. Salary range $33,611.40 to $43,045.20.

The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children.

The successful candidate will be appropriately qualified and/or experienced, demonstrate enthusiasm and ability to provide the appropriate expertise in a range of administrative abilities, and be able to provide assistance to the Principal whilst supporting and respecting the ethos of the school and its environment.

The successful applicant will be subject to an Employee Working with Children Check and a National Police Record Check.
